I'm a keen collector of Carabus, Cicindelids and many scarab genera. I'm a relatively new collector but I decided to create this site in order to collate the very scattered information that exists for the genus Carabus all over the internet. I'm also doing a PhD on pheasants at the University of Edinburgh and am a keen musician (saxophone and mandolin)
