User profiles, badges and ranks

As part of the changes to the forum I've now added user profiles. If you log in and go to your account you should see the difference. By clicking on the "User Profile" tab you will be able to add additional details such as your location, what beetle groups you are interested in etc. If there's a field you want added please contact me and I'll be more than happy to add it.

Whilst looking around you may notice "User ranks" and "Badges". User rank is based on the nuber of posts you make in the forum, and as you post more your Carabus species will become more and more desireable until you are rewarded with Chrysocarabus olympiae. The badges are awarded to Administrators, Database Editors, and contributors. We are always looking for contributors and editors, so if you'd like to lend a hand then send me an email.
